Omfattande guide till ZOYI ZT-703S (del 11): Introduktion till Oscilloskopfunktioner XY Display Mode & Persistence Time

Oscilloscopes are indispensable tools in electronics, providing insights into signal behavior that are crucial for diagnostics and analysis. ZT-703S oscilloscope multi-meter is our latest products. Many users are not very familiar with its functions.

In this blog, we’ll continue delve into some advanced functions of ZT-703S oscilloscope multi-meter, focusing on the XY display mode and persistence time.

XY Display Mode

The XY display mode is a fascinating feature that allows you to visualize the relationship between two signals. Here’s how to use it:

1. Enter the Fifth Page of the Extended Function Menu: Navigate to the fifth page of the extended function menu.

2. Press F1 to Select XY Display Mode: Select the XY display mode by pressing F1.

3. View CH1 and CH2 Signals: The screen will switch to a vertical display of the signals from CH1 and CH2.
4. Analyze Lissajous Patterns: Based on the frequency ratio and phase difference of the signals from CH1 and CH2, the oscilloscope will generate various shapes and changes in Lissajous patterns. These patterns provide a visual representation of the relationship between the two signals, which can be invaluable for phase and frequency analysis.

Persistence Time

Persistence time is another critical function that allows you to control how long a signal remains visible on the screen. Here’s how to adjust it:

1. Enter the Fifth Page of the Extended Function Menu: Navigate to the fifth page of the extended function menu.

2. Press F2 to Select Persistence Time: Select the persistence time option by pressing F2.

3. Adjust According to Measurement Needs: You can set the persistence time to minimum, 500 milliseconds, 15 seconds, 10 seconds, or infinite. Adjusting the persistence time helps in capturing transient signals or observing signal behavior over a specified duration.

Practical Tips

Use XY Mode for Signal Comparison: The XY display mode is particularly useful for comparing two signals and analyzing their phase and frequency relationships.

• Optimize Persistence Time: Adjust the persistence time based on the nature of your measurements. For fast-changing signals, a shorter persistence time may be more appropriate, while for observing slow changes, a longer persistence time can be beneficial.

By mastering these advanced functions, you can unlock the full potential of our . ZT-703S oscilloscope multi-meter, making it an even more powerful tool for your electronic measurements.
